What is the principle of pneumatic solenoid valve? The manufacturer tells you

The pneumatic solenoid valve has a closed cavity and through holes in different positions. Each hole of the pneumatic solenoid valve leads to a different air pipe, with a valve in the middle and two electromagnets on both sides. On which side of the solenoid coil electrifying valve body will be attracted; the pneumatic solenoid valve stops or leaks in different ways by controlling the movement of the valve body. Exhaust and intake holes are usually open. High pressure gas will enter different exhaust pipes. Then the piston of the cylinder will be driven by the pressure of the pneumatic solenoid valve. Therefore, by controlling the current of the solenoid valve of the pneumatic solenoid valve, the mechanical motion of the cylinder will be controlled by the E solenoid valve.
The working principle of pneumatic solenoid valve, which we call the working position of pneumatic solenoid valve (solenoid valve on or off), actually refers to the position of the valve core of pneumatic solenoid valve.
When the coil is not energized, the spool is in position A, and when the coil is energized, the spool is in position B. When the spool of pneumatic solenoid valve is in different positions, it plays the role of connecting or closing various interfaces on the valve body. For example, two solenoid valves refer to the solenoid valve core has two different working positions (on or off), for the pneumatic solenoid valve is the solenoid valve on and off state; for the valve controlled by it is the valve on and off state. Two-way and three-way solenoid valves are two or three ports on the pneumatic solenoid valve body. Two-way solenoid valves have two inlet and outlet channels, which are the most common pneumatic solenoid valves. Two-way solenoid valves have three inlet and outlet channels, two of which correspond to normal opening and normal closing. Similarly, three-way, four-way and five-way refer to the number of oil passages on the valve body.
Common pneumatic solenoid valve symbols and in the design process, often need to see the pneumatic circuit diagram. However, the use of various pneumatic and solenoid valve symbols in pneumatic circuit diagrams often makes us feel embarrassed, because people with professional background in automatic control have not systematically studied the pneumatic symbol standards of mechanical specialty. In this paper, several common symbols of pneumatic solenoid valve in pneumatic circuit diagram are briefly introduced, so that the pneumatic solenoid valve circuit diagram can be more intuitively understood by automatic control designers.
