What is the speed of cylinder lifting and how to control it
Mar 25, 2020
Generally, the air circuit design of the cylinder is equipped with throttle valve. The lifting speed is directly affected by the throttle valve. Of course, it is also directly related to the pressure of the compressed air. The specific summary is as follows:
1. It may be that the air source pressure becomes smaller or the pipeline air leakage causes insufficient pressure, resulting in insufficient cylinder output.
2. It may be that the flow of air in and out of the cylinder becomes smaller (the pipeline is blocked or knotted, the throttle valve is adjusted smaller, etc.)
3. It may be that the front and rear cavities of the cylinder are connected with each other, resulting in insufficient output
4. It is possible that the sealing ring on the cylinder piston has expanded, resulting in increased internal friction.
The control of the air cylinder needs to be noted here that the air has compressibility. The friction between the internal piston and the cylinder wall of the air cylinder during the pushing process, and the friction between the piston rod and the dust ring at the extension end of the piston rod will affect the time control. The air with a large friction will be compressed again, resulting in the extension time delay, because the friction is not small, which can be zero It can be felt when holding the piston rod by hand in the gas state.
