Working principle of right angle pulse valve

Due to the effect of the constant pressure pipe orifice, the outflow velocity of the pressure relief hole is greater than the inflow velocity of the constant pressure pipe in the decompression chamber, so that the pressure in the decompression chamber is lower than that in the lower chamber. The gas in the lower chamber lifts the diaphragm, opens the injection port, and carries out gas injection.

Working principle of submerged pulse valve

The structure of the pulse valve is basically the same as that of the right angle pulse valve, except that there is no air inlet, and the air bag is directly used as its lower gas chamber. The principle is the same: when the pulse valve is not powered on, the gas enters the pressure reducing chamber through the constant pressure pipes of the upper and lower shells and the orifices. Because the valve core blocks the pressure relief hole under the action of the spring, the gas will not be discharged, So that the pressure of the decompression chamber and the air bag is the same, and under the action of the spring, the diaphragm blocks the injection port, and the gas will not rush out. 2. Common faults and repair

1. Spring damage, pulse valve spool spring is easy to damage, resulting in the appearance of pulse valve long-term vent to the nozzle, the treatment is to replace the spring.

2. The rubber pad is damaged. After a long time of use, the rubber pad on the valve core of the pulse valve is easy to be damaged. The appearance is that the pulse valve deflates to the nozzle for a long time, and the treatment method is to replace the rubber pad.

3. The dirt on the valve core is accumulated due to the uncleanness of the air inlet. The appearance is that the air inlet of the nozzle is for a long time or the pulse valve does not act after the power is supplied. The treatment method is to clean the valve core.

4. The diaphragm is damaged. After long-term operation, the diaphragm is easy to fatigue and oxidize. The appearance is that the pressure relief port deflates for a long time, and the pulse valve does not work. The treatment method is to replace the diaphragm.

5. The throttle hole is blocked or damaged, and the inlet air is not clean, which is easy to cause the throttle hole to be blocked. The appearance is that the pulse valve discharges air to the injection port for a long time, and the treatment method is to clean the throttle hole; The throttle hole is damaged or missing, which makes the throttle hole lose its interception function, resulting in abnormal pressure relief. The appearance is that the pulse valve has action after power on, and the pressure relief port deflates, but the pulse valve does not inject, and the treatment method is to replace the throttle hole.
