Working principle of actuator

In the gear stage, the engine speed can be transmitted to the output rod through two sets of gears. The main reducer is completed by planetary gear, and the auxiliary reducer is realized by worm gear, which is fixed in the center by a set of tight springs. In the case of overload, that is, when the output rod exceeds the set torque of the spring, the axial displacement of the central worm gear will occur, and the switch and signal device will be fine tuned to provide protection for the system. The output rod is coupled to the worm gear when the engine is working and to the handwheel when the engine is manually operated by the coupling operated by an external change control rod. When the engine does not work, the motor drive can be easily cut off, and the handwheel can be connected by pressing the control lever. Since the motor drive is prior to manual operation, when the engine is started again, the reverse action will occur automatically. In this way, the handwheel can be avoided when the engine is running, which is beneficial to the protection system.
