Working principle of diaphragm solenoid valve

Diaphragm solenoid valve principle: When energized, the solenoid coil generates electromagnetic force to lift the closing member from the valve seat to open the valve; when the power is off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the spring presses the closing member on the valve seat and the valve closes.
The diaphragm solenoid valve has a closed cavity with through holes at different positions. Each hole leads to a different oil pipe. There is a valve in the middle of the cavity and two electromagnets on both sides. When which side of the solenoid coil is energized, the valve body will be attracted to which side, by controlling the movement of the valve body, different oil drain holes will be blocked or leaked. The oil inlet hole is normally open, so the hydraulic oil will enter different oil discharge pipes, and then the oil pressure pushes the piston, and the piston drives the piston rod and the piston rod. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet.
