Working principle of rectangular electromagnetic pulse valve


The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two chambers: the front chamber and the rear chamber. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the rear chamber makes the diaphragm assembly close to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state.


The electric signal of the pulse injection controller makes the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve move backward, the vent hole of the air chamber behind the valve is opened, the pressure of the air chamber is rapidly lost, the diaphragm assembly moves backward, the compressed air is injected through the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "open" state.


When the electrical signal of the pulse injection controller disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve is reset, the vent hole of the rear chamber is closed, and the pressure rise of the rear chamber makes the diaphragm assembly close to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state.
