The pneumatic industry is a strategic industry that adjusts and revitalizes the national equipment manufacturing industry and is the foundation of the country's comprehensive strength. At present, the largest pneumatic component processing and production base in China is located in Fenghua.

         Fenghua's pneumatic components industry started in the 1980s and has grown from nothing to nothing, from superior to excellent, from excellent to refined. It was also awarded the title of “National Pneumatic Industry Cluster Demonstration Base”, “Zhejiang Provincial Famous Brand” and “China Pneumatic Components Export Production Base”. At present, the total production capacity, technical content, brand competition and other comprehensive strengths of the entire Fenghua pneumatic industry have reached the first place in the country and are in a leading position in the world.

        Focusing on the goal of “International Pneumatic Component Creation Base”, Fenghua Pneumatic Industry has fully implemented the three strategies of “cluster development, innovation development and brand development”.

          First, the development of the cluster

          The industrial cluster effect of Fenghua Pneumatic Industry is remarkable, and a complete industrial chain has been established, which has strong economic driving effects and international competitiveness. At present, there are more than 300 pneumatic component manufacturers in the city, and there are more than 40 large-scale enterprises in the city, employing more than 20,000 people. The pneumatic components produced are basically an overview of the various types of pneumatics. The domestic market share of industry share is more than 35%, and the output value ranks first in the province. Exports maintained steady growth, accounting for 10% of the country's export scale of similar products, and participated in the formulation of domestic and international industry standards.

           Second, innovation and development

         1. It is guided by the government to create a public service platform, give full play to the role of the pneumatic industry association, and carry out modern services in terms of research and development level, technical level, management level and sales network.

         2. It is the product research and development conducted by Ningbo Quality Supervision Bureau and Zhejiang University and other scientific research units.

        3. It has created the Ningbo Aerodynamic Industry Technology Innovation Alliance to further promote the transformation and upgrading of the aerodynamic industry.

          Third, brand development

         Zhejiang pneumatic industry pneumatic enterprises have many well-known trademarks and famous trademarks. They have owned Zhejiang famous brand (Fenghua Pneumatic Industry Association) and 5 provincial famous trademarks. 9 state-level high-tech enterprises, 5 famous brands in Zhejiang, 10 famous brands in Ningbo, and 9 well-known trademarks in Ningbo. All enterprises above designated size are registered trademarks, and 20 companies have registered overseas trademarks in 25 countries.

        Vice-Chairman Lu Yongxiang of the National People's Congress, accompanied by Chairman Sha Baosen, visited the Fenghua Pneumatic Industry twice. The Zhejiang and Ningbo municipal governments attached great importance to this and approved the development of the hydraulic and pneumatic industry, and proposed substantive preferential policies to further establish the authority and leading edge of the Fenghua pneumatic brand.
