When the coil is disconnected, the electromagnetic force disappears and the moving iron core is reset by the spring force and its own weight. At the same time, relying on the medium pressure, the main valve piston is tightly closed.
The pilot type solenoid valve, the pilot valve and the main valve have a passage connection. When the solenoid valve coil is energized, the moving iron core and the static iron core attract the opening of the pilot valve, and the pressure of the back chamber flows through the pilot valve hole to the outlet. The valve chamber pressure is lower than the inlet pressure, from the main valve port differential pressure valve using Pneumatic Cylinder, the medium flows from the inlet to the outlet. When the coil is de-energized, the moving iron core is separated from the static iron core, the pilot valve hole is closed, the pressure in the inner cavity of the valve core is gradually increased, the inlet pressure is balanced, and the inlet pressure is controlled.
When the coil is energized, the moving iron core sucks the static iron core gas from P to A. When the coil is de-energized, the moving iron core closes the valve port under the action of the spring force, and the valve body and gas from A to exhaustion
