Monnier Acquires Fluid Air Controls, Manufacturer Of Flairline And Hydronic Products

Monnier-logoFluid Air Controls is a wholly owned subsidiary of Monnier and will now operate under the name Fluid Air Controls Holdings Inc. Products will continue to be sold under the Flairline and Hydronic names, said Pat Nichols, President of Monnier.

“We are very excited about the opportunity presented by this acquisition,” Nichols said. “I have known Fluid Air Controls for several years and they are a very well respected manufacturer in our industry. Fluid Air Controls’ product mix, size and path to market are a great fit for Monnier.”

For the immediate future, Fluid Air Controls Holdings Inc. will operate out of its current location in Farmington Hills, Mich.
