Northwest Air Cushion Furnace Production Line Matching Project

    Recently, Beijing Machinery Industry Automation Research Institute Limited (hereinafter referred to as BeiZi Institute) and Southwest Aluminum Industry (Group) Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as Southwest Aluminum) successfully signed a supporting project for air cushion furnace production line.

    Southwest Aluminum, which belongs to China Aluminum Corporation, is the leading benchmark enterprise in the domestic aluminum processing industry. It has become the guarantee base of China's Aerospace aluminium materials, the production base of high-precision aluminium sheet, strip and foil, and the export processing base of China's aluminium materials.

    This project is a turnkey project. BeiZi undertakes the design, manufacture, supply, transportation, installation, debugging and training of the production equipment of aviation sheet and automobile sheet (auxiliary processing line). It mainly solves the matching technology of process equipment in front and back sections of the annealing production line of air cushion furnace, and the tension control of aluminum sheet in air cushion annealing furnace, etc. The product is used for heat treatment of aviation sheet and automobile aluminium alloy strip.

    The successful signing of the project is a high recognition of the technical strength of the equipment of NARI and another concrete achievement of the strategic cooperation between NARI and SWA. The implementation of this project will further consolidate the position of BeiZi in the aluminium processing industry, and help SWA to strive towards the goal of large aluminium group with diversified capital, internationalized operation and scientific management.
