Special Training Of Hydraulic Drive System

On July 25, the Academy organized a special training for all technicians on "Design Procedures and Requirements of Hydraulic System". Speech by Wu Dan, Director of Milling and Mixing Research Institute.

Hydraulic transmission system is an important part of construction machinery. It is designed to be simple in structure, reliable in operation, low in cost, high in efficiency, simple in operation and convenient in maintenance. The training is problem-oriented and goal-oriented. Wudan combines the practical problems encountered in the process of product design with the design steps and requirements, formulates the basic scheme and draws the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system, chooses and designs the hydraulic components, checks the performance of the hydraulic system, configures the whole hydraulic components and designs the hydraulic oil tank. In this paper, a special explanation was given to make people have a deeper understanding of hydraulic design.
