World kitchenware looks at China, Chinese kitchenware looks at Shengzhou. Shengzhou is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. It is located in the east of central Zhejiang, the upper reaches of Cao'e River, Fenghua and Yuyao in the East, Xinchang and Dongyang in the south, Zhuji in the West and Shangyu in the north. With a total area of 1784.43 square kilometers, Shengzhou is one of the first batch of economically open counties (cities) in China and one of the top 100 counties in the country in terms of basic competitiveness of county economy. Shengzhou has a history of more than 2150 years. It is known as the "capital of kitchenware".

Shengzhou's kitchenware industry started in the 1980s. After nearly 30 years of development, there are nearly 450 kitchenware enterprises and corresponding supporting enterprises in Shengzhou. The production of complete Kitchenware and supporting facilities accounts for 30% of the national total, and the production and sales of integrated stoves account for more than 60% of the national total. In terms of the data of integrated cookers, the industry of integrated cookers has been growing at an annual rate of no less than 40% in the past two years. In 2016, the production and sales volume of integrated stoves in China was about 1 million, and the growth rate of integrated stoves in the first half of 2017 alone reached 218%

Shengzhou has been awarded the title of "advanced unit of light industry characteristic region and industrial cluster" by China Light Industry Federation. It is reported that there are 44 bases in China's hardware industry, of which only 3 have won the award. In the next stage, Shengzhou kitchenware industry will take stabilizing the quality of kitchenware products and reducing regional quality and safety risks as the goal, promote the three strategies of independent intellectual property rights, standardization and brand as the means, enhance the comprehensive competitive strength and overall quality level of the industry, and comprehensively implement the national kitchenware product quality improvement demonstration project, Let the "integrated kitchen" which is the next blue ocean of the kitchenware industry "stand out" in the national kitchenware industry
