What Is The Specification Of SMC Rotary Pneumatic Cylinder MK?

There are two types of SMC MK series rotary pneumatic cylinders: standard type (MK) and high load type (MK2). Compared with standard type (MK), high load type (MK2) can carry larger moment of inertia under the same cylinder diameter.

MK series rotary cylinder is small and compact, with large clamping force, which is suitable for designing compact device and can improve the installation accuracy of equipment. The action mode is double action, magnetic switch can be installed without oil supply and rubber buffer.

There are the following precautions when using MK series rotary pneumatic cylinders:

1) the air cylinder must be installed and used vertically. Remember not to use it in the horizontal direction (please use mk2t series when using it in the horizontal direction);

2) the work in the direction of rotation, including clamping and limiter, shall not be carried out;

3) clamping is not allowed in the rotary stroke, that is, the clamping action must be carried out within the range of clamping stroke (linear stroke);

4) the clamping surface of the workpiece must be perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder, that is, the inclined surface cannot be clamped.
