According to the function of the rotating cylinder, the rotating cylinder can be divided into:

1. 90 degree angle cylinder: when the piston rod moves axially, the cylinder has a certain rotation stroke, and the rotation stroke also changes, reaching the specified 90 degree angle, completing the linear clamping stroke.

2. Plane rotation cylinder: the rotation stroke of the cylinder is designed to be zero, that is, the rotation movement is completed on the same horizontal plane, and the clamping movement is completed under direct pressure. 3. 180 degree rotating cylinder: This is a 360 degree circular rotating cylinder. At the same time, it can freely control the 90 degree, 180 degree and 270 degree pause, which is used for the functions of workpiece traction, movement, processing and indexing.

4. 360 degree rotary clamping cylinder: This is a clamping cylinder with a 90 degree angle once and four times of rotation in situ. Each rotation angle is 90 degrees, realizing infinite cycle rotation. The working starting point and 180 degree position of 360 degree rotary cylinder are in clamping state, and 90 degree and 270 degree are in loosening state. Compared with the traditional rotary clamping cylinder, it is more suitable for multi-point packaging and small space.
