Analysis of leakage and diaphragm damage of TMF-dz right angle pulse valve


After TMF-dz right angle pulse valve is put into use, a large amount of air leakage will occur from the large exhaust hole of the valve after individual or most of the pulse valves are electrified, resulting in the "resonance phenomenon" of the diaphragm, and even spring fracture and diaphragm damage. In view of this problem, jiuzhengtong clearly recognizes the following reasons:


1. If the volume of the air bag is too small, or the air supply pipe of the air bag is too small, the air supply is insufficient after injection, the valve of tmf-dz right angle pulse valve cannot be closed normally and quickly, and the diaphragm oscillates (resonance phenomenon).


2. There is no water and oil separation triplet installed on site, and there is no blowdown valve under the air bag or the blowdown valve has not been opened for a long time. Water and debris enter the valve to block the small diaphragm air guide needle and small air outlet. As a result, tmf-dz rectangular pulse valve can not be closed instantaneously, resulting in "resonance phenomenon". The push rod is bumped askew and the diaphragm cannot be reset normally.


3. The control time of tmf-dz right angle pulse valve pulse width is too long, the coil is electrified for a long time, resulting in the electromagnetic memory phenomenon, resulting in the push rod in the electromagnetic pilot valve can not be reset, the diaphragm can not be closed, the residual pressure in the air bag is too low, and the air supply is insufficient.


4. The pulse gap of tmf-dz right angle pulse valve is too frequent and the volume of the gas package is too small, which leads to the low residual pressure in the gas package after injection and the insufficient supply pressure. The last valves of each air bag can not be reset and air leakage occurs.


The corresponding solutions to the above problems of tmf-dz right angle pulse valve are as follows:


1. Several small gas bags are connected to form a large capacity gas storage circuit; Put the pressure stabilizing gas tank as close as possible to the air bag of the dust collector, and thicken the air supply pipeline of the air bag.


2. The quality of compressed gas must be handled well: connect freeze-drying, install triple pieces, install automatic or manual blowdown valve on the air bag, and regularly manage and maintain. Then remove all the diaphragms of tmf-dz right angle pulse valve, check whether they are broken and need to be replaced, clean the internal pipeline of pulse valve, or replace the whole pulse valve.


3. Replace the push rod of tmf-dz right angle pulse valve and replace the upper cover of the whole small diaphragm if necessary.


4. Check the pulse width input of tmf-dz right angle pulse valve and adjust the pulse width range from 100ms to 200ms.


5. Replace the solenoid pilot valve coil that has generated electromagnetic memory.


6. According to the above improvement scheme, increase the gas bag capacity. If it is not feasible, it is necessary to extend the injection gap or increase the pressure of the air bag to ensure the speed of air replenishment.
