Analysis of the reason why the solenoid valve cannot be closed tightly after the power is cut off
Jun 30, 2021
In the application of the solenoid valve, it often occurs that the solenoid valve does not close tightly after the power is turned off, that is, the valve is not disconnected. This type of common fault will cause the solenoid valve to still emit substances when the power is turned off. Encountered such situations need to be investigated from the following aspects:
First, the customer should distinguish the structure and selection of the solenoid valve to see if it is suitable for use. The direct-acting solenoid valve structure has a limit on the use pressure, usually zero pressure or low pressure; and the pilot solenoid valve must have the front, back, left, and right sides of the valve. The pressure difference of the solenoid valve can be used normally; check the installation of the solenoid valve, such as whether the direction of the fluid is the same as the arrow direction of the valve body, and whether it is operated according to the instructions; the balance hole, pilot hole or pilot valve port inside the solenoid valve is easy to block, Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the fluid medium is clean, not containing particulate impurities, and the viscosity of the fluid must comply with the regulations; check whether the solenoid valve diaphragm or piston sealing part is damaged, if any abnormality is found, promptly dismantle and replace; check the solenoid valve hydraulic seal Please see if it is not matched with the actual working pressure and working temperature.
