Two position two-way solenoid valve is a controller used in industrial process automation control system. Structure features of two position two way solenoid valve:

Corrosion resistance: the main parts of the Department varieties, such as valve core and valve body, are made of stainless steel, cast copper or cast steel, with good corrosion resistance.

Heat resistant: the electromagnetic and sealing parts are all made of plastic steel special high temperature resistant electrical materials and sealing materials, and effective heat insulation measures are adopted.

Structure and principle of two position two way solenoid valve:

Among the above three series of two position two-way valves, 2W and 2p series solenoid valves are direct acting normally closed solenoid valves, and 2L series solenoid valves are pilot operated normally closed solenoid valves.

Normally closed solenoid valve: after the coil is electrified, the armature first drives the auxiliary valve plug to lift under the action of electromagnetic force, and the fluid on the main valve cup flows away through the auxiliary valve, reducing the pressure acting on the main valve cup. When the pressure on the main valve cup decreases to a certain value, the armature drives the main valve cup, and uses the pressure difference to open the main valve cup, and the medium flows. After the power of the coil is cut off, the electromagnetic force disappears and the armature is reset due to its own weight. At the same time, depending on the medium pressure, the main and auxiliary valves can be closed tightly.

Normally open solenoid valve, after the coil is electrified, due to the action of suction, the moving iron core moves down to press down the plug of the auxiliary valve, the auxiliary valve closes, and the pressure in the main valve cup rises. When the pressure rises to a certain value, the pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the main valve cup is the same. Due to the action of electromagnetic force, the moving iron core pushes the lower part of the main valve cup, compresses the main valve seat, and the valve closes. When the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic suction is zero, the auxiliary valve plug and moving iron core are lifted up due to the spring action, the auxiliary valve is opened, and the fluid on the main valve cup flows away through the auxiliary valve, reducing the pressure acting on the main valve cup. When the pressure on the main valve cup is reduced to a certain value, the main valve cup is pushed up by the pressure difference, and the main valve is opened, and the medium flows.
