Brief Introduction of AZ Rodless Cylinder

Sep 02, 2019

AZ rodless cylinder consists of cylinder block, end cover and piston assembly. The extruded aluminium profile is used in the cylinder block. The surface is treated by anodic oxidation. There is an axial cut through the cylinder block. In order to improve the rigidity, there is an eccentricity between the cylinder shaft and the profile shaft. In the cylinder, a flexible stainless steel band is used to connect the two end caps and pass through the piston to seal the cylinder. The other stainless steel band is installed outside to prevent dust at the incision of the cylinder block. The aluminium piston is equipped with bearing rings and magnetic elements of synthetic materials. The load mounting end is firmly connected with the piston so that the piston can drive the load. The design and material selection of the piston assembly can reduce the friction and energy loss of the rodless strong brother, and can withstand a large load. The magnetic sensor can be installed on the cylinder block by using the mounting bracket.
