How to adjust the cylinder with adjustable stroke?
Sep 02, 2019
1. First of all, determine whether the cylinder is adjustable stroke, if it is directly adjustable screw or nut;
2. Installing a sleeve on the cylinder shaft can reduce the stroke of the cylinder. The new stroke is equal to the original stroke-the length of the sleeve.
3. Install the stroke switch, control the solenoid valve and adjust the stroke at will.
4. Some cylinders have magnetism inside themselves, and magnetic switches are installed outside to control solenoid valves and travel.
5. Change travel with mechanical lever mechanism
6. Cylinders with adjustable stroke can be purchased. Generally, the adjusting range is 50mm. Of course, the adjusting range can also be customized for a longer one. The cylinder that has been installed can be fitted with adjusting parts on the piston rod, but only the retraction stroke can be adjusted.
