Selection of Cylinder Gasket

Cylinder gaskets can be divided into:

1. Asbestos Material: Because asbestos is harmful to human body and environment, there are fewer and fewer metal-asbestos liners on the market now. They are based on asbestos and covered with copper or steel. They are all edged by metal plates around cylinder holes, coolant holes and oil holes. Metal-asbestos liners have good elasticity and heat resistance. It can be reused many times. If the asbestos board is impregnated in the heat-resistant adhesive, the strength of the cylinder gasket can be increased.

2. Asbestos-free material: It is a kind of soft material which is pressed into flakes by mixing chemical materials such as latex, Fanglun and rock powder. It has the functions of high temperature resistance, waterproof, square air leakage, and high pressure. It has good sealing and environmental protection.

3. Metal material: It is composed of upper cover, core plate and lower cover plate. Domestic stainless steel is basically used to make it. It is suitable for all kinds of high temperature resistance, waterproof, square leakage, high pressure, high strength and strong corrosion resistance.

The effect of different materials is also different. Choosing suitable materials directly affects the service life of the cylinder.
