Brief introduction of msd-y electromagnetic pulse valve

The electromagnetic pulse valve is a pulse bag filter, which is the compressed air "switch" of the dust cleaning injection system. Under the control of the output signal of the pulse controller, the filter bag is injected to clean the dust row by row (room) to keep the resistance of the dust collector within the set range, so as to ensure the treatment capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.

The electromagnetic pulse valve is usually used with MC pulse bag filter. The pulse valve is characterized by flat diaphragm and its service life is more than 300000 times. The pulse valve has reasonable structure and small resistance, which can replace qmf-100 electromagnetic pulse valve.

working principle:

The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two chambers: the front chamber and the rear chamber. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the rear chamber presses the diaphragm assembly close to the output port, and the electromagnetic pulse valve handles the "open" state.

The electrical signal of the pulse injection controller disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve moves backward, the vent hole of the air chamber behind the valve is opened, the pressure of the air chamber is rapidly lost, the diaphragm assembly moves backward, the compressed air is injected through the valve output port, and the electromagnetic pulse valve handles the "open" state.

When the electrical signal of the pulse injection controller disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve is reset, the vent hole of the rear chamber is closed, and the pressure rise of the rear chamber makes the diaphragm assembly close to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve handles the "closed" state.
