Capsule pressure gauge

Capsule pressure gauge is also called micro pressure gauge. Suitable for measuring low micro-pressure of liquids, gases or vapors without explosion hazard, non-crystallization, non-solidification, and corrosion of copper and copper alloys.

Introduction

The capsule pressure gauge uses a capsule as a sensitive element for measuring small pressures. It is used to measure the micro-pressure and negative pressure of corrosive effect on copper alloys and non-explosive dangerous gases. It is widely used in boiler ventilation, gas pipelines, combustion devices and other similar equipment.

The stainless steel capsule pressure gauge is made of stainless steel according to the pressure guiding system and the housing. It is used to measure the micro-pressure and negative pressure of various gaseous media in the process with high corrosion resistance.

The stainless steel capsule pressure gauge is a micro-pressure gauge with corrosion resistance developed according to the structural characteristics of the original capsule pressure gauge. It is applied to equipment such as boiler ventilation and gas pipelines, and measures the micro pressure and negative pressure of various gas media in the process with high corrosion resistance requirements. Accuracy level: 2.5

Structural principle

The meter is composed of a measurement system (including joints, bellows boxes, etc.), transmission mechanism (including rod pull mechanism, gear transmission mechanism), indicating parts (including pointer and dial), and housing (including watch case, backing ring and watch glass). composition. The working principle of the meter is based on the corrugated membrane box under the pressure of the measured medium, the free end of the corresponding elastic deformation, and then transmitted by the gear transmission mechanism and amplified, the pointer fixed on the gear shaft will be measured one by one The value is indicated on the dial. There is also a zero-adjusting device, which can easily adjust the zero position.

The measurement range of the capsule pressure gauge is -80 ~ 60000Pa, but different capsule pressure gauges should be selected according to different pressure ranges. It is recommended to use a disc diaphragm pressure gauge when the pressure is -1000Pa ~ 60000Pa. If the pressure is -80Pa It is recommended to use a rectangular capsule pressure gauge.

the difference

The differences between capsule pressure gauges and pressure gauges are as follows:

1.Ordinary pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure of non-oxidizing liquid gas.

2. Diaphragm pressure gauges are usually used in two aspects: (1) to measure pressure when there is an oxidation resistance application (the measured medium is oxidizing, and different oxidizing media must use different diaphragm raw materials) (2). Food hygiene application, because the measured medium does not move outside the pressure gauge when measuring pressure with a common pressure gauge, it is simple and repeated infection. The measurement principle of the capsule pressure gauge is: the capsule pressure gauge adopts indirect measurement. The capsule pressure gauge is deformed under the influence of the pressure of the measured medium, and the sealing liquid is pressed to form a pressure equal to P, which is transmitted to the pressure instrument. Expose the pressure value of the measured medium. It is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquid, gas or granular solid medium with high viscosity, easy crystallization, high oxidation and high temperature. The capsule pressure gauge has a variety of raw materials to adapt to a variety of different oxidizing media.

Application

Capsule pressure gauges are suitable for measuring micro-pressure and negative pressure that do not corrode copper alloys and have no danger of explosion. The gas is widely used in boiler ventilation and gas pipelines, etc. Diaphragm pressure gauges can be installed on site and indicated on site.
