Cautions for Use of Supercharging Cylinder

A: Keep clean

Before connecting the supercharger cylinder into the air circuit, please clean the dust and other debris in the pipeline and components to avoid reducing the service life of the supercharger cylinder.

B: Pay attention to the working environment of the supercharger cylinder

The temperature in the working environment of the cylinder has been determined at the time of design. If the working environment exceeds the temperature due to the need of work, the relevant personnel of the supercharged cylinder technology should be contacted and handled.

C: Other hydraulic oils should not be added without authorization

The hydraulic oil medium used in the design of supercharger cylinder is VG68 # antiwear hydraulic oil, and other liquid media (such as oil, water, etc.) can not be used without authorization.

D: Be sure to follow the procedure

The action procedure must follow the action procedure of the gas path assembly drawing, i. e. preloading action - boosting action, boosting and releasing pressure - preloading reset.

Pay attention to maintenance and check the operation of the booster cylinder frequently.

When using the supercharged cylinder more than 500000 times or more than half a year, it is suggested to replace all the hydraulic oil in the cylinder once in order to improve the service life and working life of the cylinder.
