Classification of explosion-proof solenoid valves
Jun 24, 2021
The general classification of explosion-proof solenoid valves:
1. Explosion-proof type: place the set weapons and equipment in normal operation, so that the components that are likely to produce sparks and galvanic isolation can be placed in the flameproof enclosure, and the flameproof enclosure can accept the working pressure of the outside explosion without being destroyed , And can reduce the kinetic energy when the flame gas outside the inspection port spreads widely through the gap, so as to block and prevent the gas outside the shell from igniting.
2. Intrinsically safe type: Set the external power supply circuit of the weapon and equipment under the standard premise, all normal things or standard problem shapes created under the electric spark and pyroelectric effect can not eliminate the explosive confounding.
3. Positive pressure type: the working pressure of the unremitting external maintenance gas is higher than the surrounding working pressure to prevent explosive contaminants from entering the shell or a certain amount of maintenance gas passes through the shell to cause explosive confounding outside the plastic diaphragm solenoid valve The concentration value drops below the explosion limit.
