1. Pressure gauge according to its measurement accuracy
It can be divided into precision pressure gauge and general pressure gauge. The Measurement Accuracy grades of precision pressure gauges are 0.1, 0.16, 0.25, 0.4 and 0.05 respectively. The Measurement Accuracy grades of general pressure gauges are 1.0, 1.6, 2.5 and 4.0 respectively.
2. Pressure gauge according to its measuring datum
Pressure gauge is divided into general pressure gauge, absolute pressure gauge, stainless steel pressure gauge and differential pressure gauge according to the different benchmarks of its indicated pressure. General pressure gauges are based on atmospheric pressure; absolute pressure zero is used as reference for absolute pressure gauge; differential pressure gauge measures the difference between the two measured pressures.
3. Pressure gauge according to its measuring range
It is divided into vacuum gauge, pressure vacuum gauge, micro pressure gauge, low pressure gauge, medium pressure gauge and high pressure gauge. Vacuum gauge is used to measure the pressure value less than atmospheric pressure; pressure vacuum gauge is used to measure the pressure value less than or greater than atmospheric pressure; micro-pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure value less than 60000 Pa; low pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure value of 0-6 MPa; medium pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure value of 10-60 MPa.
4. Pressure gauge according to its display mode
It is divided into pointer pressure gauge and digital pressure gauge.
5. Pressure gauge according to its function
Pressure gauges can be divided into local indication pressure gauges and electrified signal control pressure gauges according to their different functions.
6. Pressure gauges can be classified according to the characteristics of measured media.
1) General pressure gauge: General pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure of liquid, gas or steam without explosion, crystallization or solidification, which has no corrosive effect on copper and copper alloys.
2) Corrosion-resistant pressure gauge: Corrosion-resistant pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure of corrosive media, commonly used are stainless steel pressure gauge, diaphragm pressure gauge, etc.
3) Explosion-proof pressure gauge: Explosion-proof pressure gauge is used in dangerous places with explosive mixtures in the environment, such as explosion-proof electric contact pressure gauge, explosion-proof transmitter, etc.
4) Special pressure gauge.
7. According to the use of pressure gauges
It can be divided into ordinary pressure gauge, ammonia pressure gauge, oxygen pressure gauge, electrical contact pressure gauge, remote transmission pressure gauge, vibration resistant pressure gauge, pressure gauge with inspection pointer, double needle double tube or double needle single tube pressure gauge, digital display pressure gauge, digital precision pressure gauge, etc.
