   2. Waterproof sleeve: flexible waterproof sleeve, rigid waterproof sleeve, lengthened waterproof sleeve

   3. Force Transfer Joints: Double Flanged Force Transfer Joints, Single Flanged Force Transfer Joints, Removable Double Flanged Force Transfer Joints

   4. Telescopic Joints: Cast Iron Telescopes, Steel Telescopes, Double Flanged Limited Telescoping Joints, Single Flanged Limited Telescoping Joints, Capping Telescoping Joints, Capping Limited Telescoping Joints

   5. Stainless steel ripple compensator: metal hose, buried ripple compensator, small tie rod ripple compensator, large tie rod ripple compensator

Pipeline joints have the advantages of convenient installation, superior performance and long service life. They are widely used in water supply, drainage, power, metallurgy, urban construction, petroleum, chemical and environmental protection of large and medium-sized enterprises and other fields.

Pipe joint is a common part in pipeline, it plays the role of connecting pipes, changing direction, connecting pipes and so on. When the pipe joints are connected by threads, the dimension of the threaded pipe joints is nominated by the outer diameter of the pipe. Because the connection of the pipe joints is based on the outer diameter, the outer diameter of the pipe and the outer size of the pipe joints are the same under various pressures, while the wall thickness and inner diameter are different, the wall thickness is thinner at low pressures, and the inner diameter is larger at high pressures; and the wall thickness and inner diameter are thicker at high pressures. Smaller. At the same flow rate, the flow velocity is slightly higher at high pressure. Although the pressure loss increases slightly under high pressure, the relative value of pressure loss (p/p) does not increase, and in most cases it decreases. Therefore, the outside diameter is used as the reference and the pipe joint is nominated.

Based on the outside diameter, not only the number of specifications for the outer diameter of seamless steel tube is reduced, but also the number of specifications for threaded joints is reduced. It is convenient for the universalization of low, medium and high pressure threaded pipe joints and has great economic significance in production. On the contrary, if the inner diameter is taken as the basis, the outer diameter of the pipe under various pressures and the number of specifications of the pipe joints will increase. It is difficult to interchange the low, medium and high pressure threaded pipe joints universally, which is not conducive to the organization of specialized centralized production.

The pipe joints are divided into four categories: jacket type pipe joints, flared type pipe joints, welded type pipe joints and other pipe joints. The commonly used different types of pipe joints have been basically standardized, the general pipe joints have been formulated as national standards or mechanical industry standards, and the special pipe joints have been formulated as industry standards.
