Common problem
(1) the solenoid coil is burnt out
A: the automatic control system consists of three parts: sensor, controller and actuator. Many problems encountered in practice are actuators. In the actuator, solenoid valve is widely used because of its simple structure, low cost and convenient protection. However, due to the quality problems of the steam solenoid valve, the coil is often burnt out soon after installation, the leakage in the meter, the seizure, the opening and closing failure, and the whole set of automatic control equipment lose their effectiveness. This has seriously affected production.
(2) damage due to high temperature
Answer: the reason for the quality problem of steam solenoid valve is: high temperature, full steam temperature of 6kgf / cm2 is 163 ℃, when the pressure is 16kgf / cm2, the temperature will exceed 200 ℃. Because this kind of high temperature fluid passes through the center of the solenoid valve coil, and the coil will experience temperature rise after being electrified, assuming that no special method is adopted, the coil will be burnt out.
(3) corrosion of raw materials
Answer: rust, when high temperature steam is at the same time, the corrosion of parts touched by it is more severe than that in oil, air and water, which is also the reason why some solenoid valves are stuck and fail soon after use.
(4) pressure fluctuation
Answer: when the pressure fluctuates greatly, the steam pressure is very low at the top of the steam consumption; when the steam consumption is low, the pressure is very high, which is also the reason why some solenoid valves fail to open and close. Especially for indirect solenoid valve, the wear of main valve can't be compensated, and it can't be opened at low pressure after using for a period of time.
(5) misleading condensate
Answer: in the past, the applicable medium viscosity of the solenoid valve for condensate water was very narrow. The solenoid valve for gas cannot be used for liquid, and the solenoid valve for liquid cannot be used for gas. When the steam is transported in the pipeline, because of the change of the external temperature, there will be different content of condensate, which often forms the wrong action of the solenoid valve.
(6) cannot be closed
Answer: the seal of the main valve element is damaged. Replacement seals are recommended. Save hole balance hole blocking → clean in time. Viscosity or fluid temperature is too high. It is proposed to replace the solenoid valve of the counterpart. It is assumed that impurities enter into the valve core of the solenoid valve, in this case, cleaning is recommended. The tension spring is deformed. It is suggested to replace the tension spring. Operation frequency is too high, which leads to the end of life. Advocate product selection or renewal.
