The cause of the failure of cylinder solenoid valve and its treatment

1. Solenoid valve coil burnt out


(1) Check whether the solenoid valve coil is burnt: the wiring of the solenoid valve can be removed and measured with a multimeter. If there is an open circuit, the solenoid valve coil is burnt out.


(2) Cause of failure:


① , some coils are damped, causing bad insulation and magnetic leakage, causing excessive current in the coil and burning, so it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering the solenoid valve.


② , the spring is too hard, the reaction force is too large, the number of turns of the coil is too small, and the suction is not enough, which can also cause the coil to burn.


Handling method of the above two situations: turn the manual button on the coil from the "0" position to the "1" position during normal operation, so as to open the valve.


③ , the voltage of the solenoid valve is wrongly connected (the solenoid valve has 24V and 220V), which causes the coil to burn out.


Treatment: replace the coil and reconnect the voltage.


2, leakage.


Air leakage will cause insufficient air pressure, which makes it difficult to open and close the forced valve. The reason is that the sealing gasket is damaged or the slide valve is worn, resulting in several cavity blowby.


Treatment: replace the valve core or valve body of the solenoid valve.


3. The solenoid valve is stuck


(1) Cause of failure: the fit clearance between the slide sleeve and the valve core of the solenoid valve is very small (less than 0.008mm), which is generally a single assembly. When there are mechanical impurities brought in or too little lubricating oil, it is easy to get stuck.


(2) Treatment: the steel wire can be poked into the head hole to make it bounce back. The fundamental solution is to remove the solenoid valve, take out the valve core and valve core sleeve, and clean it with CCI4, so that the valve core can move flexibly in the valve sleeve. During disassembly, pay attention to the assembly sequence and external wiring position of each component, so as to reassemble and wire correctly, and check whether the fuel injection hole of the oil mist atomizer is blocked and whether the lubricating oil is sufficient.


4. The connector of the solenoid valve is loose or the connector falls off. The solenoid valve shall not be electrified and the connector can be tightened
