Cylinder advantages:


(1) The regulations for users are relatively low. The basic principle and structure of the cylinder are simple, easy to install and maintain, and the regulations for users are not high. Electric cylinders are different. Engineering project staff must have a certain amount of electrical equipment expertise, otherwise it is very likely to be destroyed due to operating errors.


(2) Large output power. The output force of the cylinder is positively related to the square meter of the cylinder diameter; and the output force of the electric cylinder is related to three elements, the cylinder diameter, the output power of the motor and the pitch of the ball screw. The larger the cylinder diameter and output power, the smaller the pitch The greater the output force. A cylinder with a bore diameter of 50 mm can theoretically output a force of 2000N. For electric cylinders with the same bore diameter, although the products of different companies are different, most of them do not exceed 1000N. It goes without saying that the cylinder has more advantages in terms of output force.


(3) Strong adaptability. The cylinder can work normally in high temperature and ultra-low temperature natural environment, and has the ability of anti-fouling and moisture-proof work, and can be integrated into a variety of harsh environments. Because electric cylinders are equipped with many electrical equipment components, they have higher requirements for the natural environment and weaker adaptability.


Advantages of electric actuators:


(1) The system software composition is relatively simple. Because the motor is generally integrated with the engine block, plus the control board and cable, the entire system software of the electric cylinder is composed of these three parts, which is simple and compact.


(2) The number of terminating parts is large and the linearity is high. Generally, electric cylinders are divided into low-end and high-end products. There are 3, 5, 16, 64, etc. for the end of the low-end products, depending on the company. There are certain changes; high-end products can also be hundreds of Even hundreds of parts. In terms of precision, electric cylinders also have certain advantages, and the precision level can reach ¡ 0.05mm, so it is often used in high-precision fields such as electronic devices and semiconductor materials.


(3) Strong flexibility. Undoubtedly, the flexibility of the electric cylinder is far stronger than that of the cylinder. Because the control board can be immediately connected to the PLC, the motor's speed ratio, precise positioning, and forward and reverse can be accurately manipulated. At a certain level, the electric cylinder can carry out fitness exercises according to the need; because of the fluid density and fitness of the steam body The inertial force caused by the movement, even if the hydraulic directional valve and the magnetic induction switch cooperate with each other too much, the accurate and precise positioning of the cylinder cannot be ensured, and the flexibility cannot be mentioned.
