What is the difference between heavy pneumatic cylinder and ordinary air cylinder?

Difference between heavy duty cylinder and ordinary cylinder:

Material: ordinary cylinder materials are: aluminum alloy, stainless steel and cast iron, heavy cylinder material: cast iron, the weight per unit volume is heavier, the load per unit volume is also greater.

Cylinder diameter and stroke: the large standard cylinder diameter of ordinary cylinder can only be 100 mm, and the large standard stroke is 1500 mm, while the large standard cylinder diameter of heavy cylinder is 400 mm, and the large standard stroke is 2000 mm, and the cylinder diameter and stroke far exceed those of ordinary standard cylinder.

Output force: because of the size of cylinder diameter and stroke, the output force of heavy cylinder is much larger than that of ordinary cylinder, which can better adapt to the heavy industrial environment.
