Direct-acting solenoid valve

Introduction:

There are two types: normal closed type and normal open type. When the coil is electrified, the electromagnetic force is produced, which makes the moving iron core overcome the spring force and the static iron core to suck and open the valve directly, and the medium is a path; when the coil is cut off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the moving iron core is reset under the spring force, and the valve opening is closed directly, and the medium is impassable. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, and normal operation under zero pressure difference and micro vacuum. Often open type is just the opposite. Such as less than 6 flow path solenoid valve.

Principle:

When the normal closed type is electrified, the electromagnetic force produced by the electromagnetic coil lifts the open part from the valve seat and opens the valve. When the power is cut off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the spring presses the open part on the valve seat and the valve opens. (Contrary to the usual open type)

Characteristic:

It can work normally in vacuum, negative pressure and zero pressure, but its diameter is not more than 25 mm.
