Double acting cylinder speed control circuit

As shown in the figure is the speed control circuit of double acting cylinder. As shown in figure a, the one-way throttle valve is used to realize the speed control of exhaust throttle. Generally, the one-way throttle valve with rotary joint is directly screwed on the air port of the cylinder, which is easy to install and use. As shown in Figure B, the exhaust silencing throttle valve is installed on the exhaust port of the two position five way valve, and the opening of the throttle valve is adjusted to realize the exhaust control of the cylinder back pressure and the adjustment of the cylinder reciprocating speed. Figure C shows the speed control of exhaust silencing throttle valve installed at the exhaust port of two position four-way valve. At this time, the speed of cylinder extension and return is the same, which cannot be adjusted separately. When using the speed control method shown in Figure B and figure C, it should be noted that the exhaust port of the reversing valve must have a threaded port for installing the exhaust silencing throttle valve, otherwise it cannot be selected.
