Basic principle of electromagnetic pulse valve:


The high-pressure safety valve divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into the front and rear brake chambers. When the compressed air is connected to the one-way throttle valve hole to enter the acquired chamber, the pressure of the rear brake chamber will close the high-pressure safety valve to the output of the valve. At the inlet, the electromagnetic pulse valve is in "closed" condition. The electronic signal of the pulse gas boiler manipulator dissipates, the electromagnetic pulse valve flow coil is corrected, the air outlet of the rear brake air chamber is closed, the pressure of the rear brake air chamber rises so that the high pressure safety valve is close to the valve inlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is at " Closed” status.


Electromagnetic pulse valve refers to a high-pressure safety valve that is controlled by electromagnetic induction or electric hydraulic control valves, which can open and close high-pressure pneumatic valves in an instant and cause pulses.


Electromagnetic pulse valve: refers to a high-pressure safety valve that combines automotive relays, hydraulic control valves and electromagnetic pulse valves, and is immediately controlled by electronic signals.


The role of electromagnetic pulse valve:

It is the specification to control the air pressure in the brake pipe. It is generally installed in the main brake pipe or shock absorber back pressure brake pipe to reduce the destructive air pressure when the gear is shifted and the lock is opened, so that the mechanical equipment can operate in a stable condition.


According to the vision of international trade of pulse solenoid valve and the form of air inlet, it can be divided into several categories:

a) Inclined angle type high pressure solenoid valve: The oil passage plate is at an angle of inclination in international trade, and is immediately controlled by an electronic signal. A high pressure safety valve valve can be used to install and connect the air cap with the dust collector equipment spray heating furnace boiler blowpipe, and its international trade entry point With fixed screw cap for installation, it makes installation and use more convenient and quick.


b) Direct-connected electromagnetic pulse valve: a high-pressure safety valve that is immediately controlled by an electronic signal when the international trade of the oil channel plate is at 165 degrees;


c) Water-immersed electromagnetic pulse valve: a high-pressure safety valve whose air inlet of the oil passage plate is immersed in the air cap and is immediately controlled by an electronic signal.
