High machining accuracy of the working table of the cylinder rotating mechanism

The rotating mechanism of cylinder mainly includes gear type rotation and vane type rotation.

Gear type working principle of cylinder rotating mechanism: the air pressure pushes the piston to drive the rack to move in a straight line, and the rack pushes the gear to rotate, and the gear shaft outputs the torque and drives the external load to swing.

Working principle of vane type rotating cylinder mechanism: the cylinder uses internal stop or external stop to change its swing angle. The stop block is fixed with the cylinder block, and the blade is connected with the rotating shaft. The air pressure acts on the blade to drive the shaft to rotate and output the torque.

According to different cylinder rotating mechanism, SMT divides rotating cylinder into two types:

1. Gear type cylinder rotating mechanism: msqb rotating cylinder, msza rotating cylinder, crq2 rotating cylinder and cra1 rotating cylinder.

2. Vane type cylinder rotating mechanism: CRB1 rotating cylinder.
