Definition of magnetic cylinder

If the cylinder belongs to the part of the automatic control system, such as the system that needs to be programmed with the programmable controller, it must be with the magnet. If it is not installed in the complex control system, it only uses the forward and backward functions of the cylinder, and no magnet can be used. In practice, most of the cases need to use magnetite.

How to demagnetize the magnetic cylinder:

Solution: in case of demagnetization, replace the magnet in time.

Four installation methods of magnetic cylinder:

1. Fix the outer side of cylinder barrel with steel belt (applicable to micro and medium-sized cylinders without pull rod, specifications include: mal, Ma, MI, MF, Pb, Mg, cdj2b, C85, cdm2b, etc.); lock the magnetic switch on the right position of outer side of cylinder barrel with steel belt and mounting screw.

2. Clamp on the pull rod, also known as fixing code installation (applicable to the cylinder with pull rod specifications: SC, Su, SG, SGC, qgb, Qgs, QGA, etc.). First fix the clamp on the correct pull rod position with stop screw, and then fix the magnetic switch on the clamp.

3. Direct installation, (directly inserted into the guide rail slot; applicable to finger cylinder, non pull rod cylinder, ultra-thin cylinder, with guide rod cylinder, specifications are Sai, DNC, DNG, MHz, mhy, MHC, SDA, cdq2b, ACQ, mgpm, mgpl, TCL, TCM, etc.) insert the magnetic switch into the correct position in the guide rail slot, and fix it with stop screw, or fix it with stop screw through the mounting part.

4. Fixed on the guide rail (applicable to the cylinder with installation plane and small and medium-sized cylinder, such as the cylinder with magnetic coupling and mechanical rod free cylinder with guide rod, specifications are: cy1s, cy1l, OSP, my1b, my1m, RMT, rmtl, etc.) the magnetic switch housing has a clip with hole, and there is a sliding mounting nut in the guide rail. Pass the mounting screw through the clip hole, and tighten it against the nut. Then the magnetic switch is fastened on the correct guide rail position.
