What should be paid attention to when designing the cylinder?

1. Due to the change of force caused by the phenomenon of other force in the sliding part of the machine, the cylinder will have the risk of impact action. In this situation, the hands and feet will be clamped, and the machine will be damaged. Therefore, it should be considered that the adjustment of stable mechanical movement can be carried out in the design, so as to avoid personal injury.

2. If it is worried that the driven object or movable part of cylinder may endanger personal safety, protective cover shall be added.

3. The fixed part and the connecting part of the cylinder must be firmly connected, especially in the place with high action frequency and much vibration.

In the case of large mass and fast speed of the driven object, if it is difficult to absorb the impact energy only by the cushion of the cylinder, the deceleration circuit shall be set before entering the buffer or the hydraulic buffer shall be set outside to absorb the impact energy. In this case, the rigidity of the mechanical device should be fully checked.
