How does the solenoid valve work?

The through solenoid valve is widely used in industrial manufacturing, and it is more widely used in crude oil chemical industry. It can be used with water, gas, neutral gas and other vapors and liquid buttons suitable for explosion-proof solenoid valve materials, and it can also be used as an indispensable part of the safety interlocking protection system.
The fire solenoid valve is composed of an electromagnetic induction component and an oil circuit board. The electromagnetic induction component is composed of a fixed transformer core, a movable transformer core, an electromagnetic coil and other components; the oil circuit board is composed of a rotary vane pump core, a rotary vane pump sleeve, and a torsion spring base. When the solenoid coil is plugged in or the power is turned off, the operation of the magnetic core will cause the liquid to be disconnected according to the solenoid valve to achieve the purpose of switching the power or changing the direction of the liquid. The key to the explosion-proof solenoid valve used in the safety interlock protection system is 2-position three-way, 2-position four-way and 2-position six-way. As far as the controlled valve is concerned, it is open or closed.
The 2-position three-way fire solenoid valve is composed of oil circuit board, valve cover, electromagnetic induction parts, torsion spring and sealing structure. The sealing block at the bottom of the moving iron core uses the load of the torsion spring to close the air inlet of the oil circuit board. When energized, the solenoid excitation regulator and solenoid valve are opened, and the sealing block with torsion spring on the upper end of the transformer core closes the discharge opening, and the cyclone enters the gate valve from the air inlet, which has a control effect; when it trips, The magnetic field force subsides, the moving iron core leaves the fixed transformer iron core under the action of the torsion spring force and moves downwards, opens the air outlet, plugs the air inlet, and the gate valve changes the power switch due to the loss of air.
The basic principles of 2-position four-way and six-way fire solenoid valves are the same, only the four-way has 1 air outlet, and the 6-way has 2 air outlets. Their principle: when a current flows through the inductance coil, the excitation effect is caused. The fixed iron core opens the moving transformer iron core, and the moving iron core pushes the valve body core and torsion spring, which changes the position of the rotary vane pump core, and then changes it. The orientation of the liquid; when the electromagnetic coil stops, the elasticity of the torsion spring promotes the rotary vane pump core and pushes back the transformer core to make the liquid flow at the original peace of mind.
