    1. The pressure of the liquid or the working pressure difference does not match, which will cause the solenoid valve to fail to work properly. The medium of the two-way solenoid valve cannot be based on.     2. The viscosity or temperature of the liquid does not match. This is generally due to incorrect selection of solenoid valve product specifications, or a change in the properties of the medium.

    The solution is to inquire about the properties of the medium. If the flange solenoid valve can adjust the properties of the medium, the adjustment should be carried out. Otherwise, the appropriate product must be changed.

    3. Dirt and impurities infiltrate around the valve core and the core of the moving transformer. After the impurities enter the solenoid valve product, it will cause the solenoid valve product to fail to work properly.

    The solution is to clean the inside, and a filter valve needs to be installed before the valve

    4. The filter device before the valve or the pilot valve hole is blocked, which is also caused by too much impurities.

    The solution is to check the filter system and pilot valve hole of the solenoid valve, and clean the filter device or pilot valve hole. In addition, the medium of the solenoid valve must be checked. Too much impurities should be removed immediately.

    5. The working frequency is too high or the service life expires during application

    Excessive operating frequency will endanger all normal operation of the solenoid valve. In addition, if the solenoid valve is used for too long and its service life expires, the solenoid valve will not work properly.
