How to check the fault of solenoid valve?
Jun 07, 2021
When the solenoid valve does not work after being powered on, check whether the power supply wiring is bad first, and then rewire it to check whether the power supply voltage is in the working range. If there is no need to adjust the normal position range, check whether the coil is desoldered. If the coil is short circuited, the coil needs to be replaced. If the working differential pressure is not appropriate, the differential pressure needs to be adjusted
Internal leakage check whether the seal is damaged, whether the spring is assembled without external leakage, if the connection is loose or the seal is damaged, it is necessary to tighten the screw or replace the seal. There is noise when the power is on, and the fastener on the tightening head is loose. If the voltage fluctuation is not within the allowable range, adjust the voltage. Iron core suction surface impurities or uneven, timely cleaning or replacement.
Impurities in the solenoid valve cause the main valve core and moving iron core of the solenoid valve to be stuck and need to be cleaned. If the seal is damaged, replace the seal and install the filter. The solenoid valve cannot be closed. The seal of the main valve core or moving iron core is damaged. Replace the seal. If the fluid temperature and viscosity are too high, replace the corresponding solenoid valve.
