Installation of directional control valve

The directional valve can be installed in any direction, but because of the vibration of the device or the coil position of condensate water, oil and other liquids, the direction of the solenoid valve will be bad, so attention should be paid to the following during installation:

1. Avoid the influence of vibration on the sliding column of solenoid valve

During installation, the vibration direction can be at right angles to the action direction (bearing) of the sliding column of the solenoid valve, so as to avoid the influence of vibration on the sliding column of the solenoid valve.

2. In order to prevent condensate and oil from flowing into the coil of solenoid valve, it is better to install the coil upward or horizontally.

3. Before installation, the dust, oil, debris and other particles in the pipeline should be blown away to avoid affecting the action and damage of the valve.

4. The inlet of internal pilot solenoid valve shall not be throttled to prevent misoperation due to too large pressure drop during reversing.

5. The directional valve should be installed close to the cylinder as far as possible. First, it can reduce gas consumption and make quick response.

6. Please insert the pipe to the end and use it after confirming that the pipe cannot be pulled out.

7. Although the coil of our company is calibrated as 100% ed, long-time power on will cause coil overheating, insulation deterioration and energy loss. In the case of long-time power on, we should consider using solenoid valve with memory function to shorten power on time, prolong coil service life and save energy consumption.

8. The manual button shall not be used when the solenoid valve is energized.
