   Choose the type of cylinder correctly according to the working requirements and conditions. The cushion cylinder should be chosen for the cylinder to reach the end of stroke without impact phenomenon and impact noise; light cylinder should be selected for light weight; thin cylinder should be selected for short stroke and narrow installation space; cylinder with guide rod can be selected for transverse load; cylinder with lock should be selected for high braking accuracy; piston rod should not be allowed to rotate, and cylinder with guide rod can be selected. Rod non-revolving function cylinder; heat-resistant cylinder in high temperature environment; corrosion-resistant cylinder in corrosive environment. In the harsh environment such as dust, it is necessary to install a dust cover at the extended end of the piston rod. When no pollution is required, oil-free or oil-free lubrication cylinders should be selected.
