How to measure the quality of solenoid valve coils

1. To measure whether the solenoid valve coil is damaged, we can use a multimeter to measure, and then judge by static inspection. The specific operation method is: connect the tip of the multimeter to the solenoid valve coil pin and observe the top of the multimeter If the value is higher than the rated value, it means it has been damaged.

　　 If the displayed value is lower than the rated value, it means that the turns of the solenoid valve coil have been short-circuited.

　　 If the displayed value is infinite, it means that the solenoid valve coil has been opened.

　　 The above conditions all indicate that the solenoid valve coil has been damaged, and it is recommended to replace it with a new one in time.

2. There is another way to check the quality of the solenoid valve coil: use a 24 volt power supply and connect it to the solenoid valve coil. If it can wait for a sound after connecting, it means it is good, if it does not make a sound , Then it shows that it is broken.

3. Another way to measure whether the solenoid valve coil is normal is: put a small screwdriver near the metal rod in the solenoid valve coil, and then energize the battery valve. If the small screwdriver is magnetic, mark that the solenoid valve coil is good, and vice versa. It means that the solenoid valve coil has been damaged.
