The difference between electric valve and solenoid valve

The solenoid valve is a magnet coil that causes the magnet to get rid of the yellow working pressure and pushes the valve core posture after the magnet coil is connected to the power supply. It is a magnet coil, which is simple in structure and low in price. It can only complete the power switch; the electric control valve is driven by the valve seat of the motor driver. 1. Power switch mode:

The solenoid valve can only be opened or closed according to the solenoid drive, and the posture time is shorter when the power switch is turned on and off.


The driver of the electric control valve is generally a motor, and the opening or closing posture must be analog input for a certain period of time, and it can be adjusted.


2. Work content:

Solenoid valves generally have a low commodity circulation index, and proportional solenoid valves have little difference in pressure during operation. For example, the general merchandise flow index of solenoid valves of 25 specifications is much smaller than that of electric ball valves of 15 specifications. The solenoid valve driver is based on the magnet coil, which is very easy to be destroyed by the shock of the operating voltage. Equal to the function of the power switch, it is the two functions of on and off.


The driver of the electric control valve is generally a motor, which is more resistant to operating voltage shocks. Solenoid valves are quick-opening and quick-closing. They are generally used for small total flow and small working pressure. The electric control valve is opposite to the areas where the power supply switching frequency is high. The oil pipe pressure of the electric regulating valve valve can be controlled. The conditions are open, proportional solenoid valve closed, semi-closed and semi-closed. Ventilator solenoid valve manufacturers can control the total flow of substances in the pipeline, but the solenoid valve cannot meet this requirement.


Solenoid valves can generally be calibrated when the power is turned off, and the electric control valve must be equipped with calibration equipment for that function.


3. Available processing technology:

Solenoid valves are suitable for some unique processing technology regulations, such as leakage, proportional solenoid valves with unique fluid mechanics materials, etc., which are expensive.

Electric control valves are generally used for adjustment, and they also have on-off values.
