How to prevent leakage of stainless steel quick joint?
Aug 01, 2019
When the stainless steel fast joint is used for a period of time, it is easy to break down, such as falling off, leakage and other problems occur from time to time. Leakage should be checked before using stainless steel quick joints. If it exists, it should be stopped immediately and replaced with new products. At the same time, it should be confirmed that the gas welding torch valve is closed before connecting. When in use, the hose should be firmly inserted into the bottom of the interface and fixed with hose belt or nut. Avoid using cracked hose to prevent leakage and falling off. If vibration and shock occur in use, work should be stopped immediately. If forced work will reduce the durability of the machine.
Stainless steel quick joints should not be used for other purposes than joints, such as mixing with metal powder or sand dust, which may cause inability to work or leakage. It should also be noted that the maximum pressure limit should not be exceeded when using this stainless steel joint. The fluid used must be a clean fluid filtered by a filter, which contains no other impurities. When working, the temperature should be controlled in the use range of stainless steel fast joints to prevent wear or leakage of sealing materials. Never hit, bend or stretch joints artificially to prevent joint damage.
