After encountering this problem, according to the schematic diagram, before the moment limiter does not provide the electric signal for the unloading solenoid valve, the unloading solenoid valve is in the state of constant power off, that is, the unloading circuit is disconnected. Once the moment limiter provides the electric signal for it, the unloading solenoid valve is energized, the reversing is realized, and the jaw crusher of the unloading circuit is connected. Therefore, the pipeline (Port T1) on one side of the logic valve is disconnected When opening and then operating, it is found that when the moment limiter does not give a command, the overload unloading solenoid valve Y1 is not electrified, the solenoid valve is not reversed, and there is no pressure oil flowing out. When the machine enters the overload condition, the valve is electrified and there is hydraulic oil flowing out of the pipeline.


Therefore, the purpose of checking the circuit from the two aspects of circuit and liquid circuit is to check whether the moment limiter and limit switch can also transmit the electrical signal to the unloading solenoid valve while providing the alarm signal of corresponding panel indicator light. If they can, the unloading circuit will be connected to realize the safe unloading, otherwise, the safe unloading will fail.


The crawler mobile crusher often adopts the pilot control hydraulic system, which is quiet in operation and has good inching performance. The system can prevent the main and auxiliary hoisting winch from overload or truss arm from luffing and over luffing. The principle is to ensure that the overload or over luffing can be realized by the combination of torque limiter, overload unloading solenoid valve and logic valve or limit switch, over luffing unloading solenoid valve and logic valve Safely unload and prevent accidents.


After checking the circuit, check the liquid circuit, check the pipe layout first, and make sure there is no mistake. At last, concentrate the attention on the logic valve. It is suspected that the spring of the check valve in the logic valve is hard or the diameter in the valve is small, so that the back pressure of the unloading oil circuit is large, resulting in the unblocked unloading oil circuit. Therefore, measure the pressure of an or BN port corresponding to the action in the alarm state, and find out that The pressure is about 1MPa, and the main valve only needs about 0.6MPa pilot pressure to open, which proves that the doubt is accurate. It is precisely because of the large back pressure in the logic valve that the unloading problem is caused. This shows that the logic command program of the moment limiter is normal, and the operation of the unloading solenoid valve is also normal. When checking the limit switch and the unloading solenoid valve Y2, the operation is also normal. Therefore, the possibility of circuit failure is eliminated.
