Basic knowledge of solenoid valve

The solenoid valve is used for on-off control of liquid and gas pipelines, and it is a two position do control. It is generally used for the control of small pipes. The selection of general solenoid valve should follow the four principles of safety, reliability, applicability and economy in turn, and then select the appropriate solenoid valve according to the site conditions, including pipeline parameters, fluid parameters, pressure parameters, electrical parameters, operation mode and special requirements.
The solenoid valve is used to control the direction of hydraulic flow. The mechanical devices in the factory are generally controlled by the hydraulic cylinder, so the solenoid valve will be used. There is a closed cavity in the solenoid valve. There are through holes in different positions. Each hole leads to different oil pipes. In the middle of the cavity is a valve, and two electromagnets are on both sides. The valve body will be attracted to which side when the magnet coil is energized. By controlling the movement of the valve body, different oil drain holes will be blocked or leaked out. The oil inlet hole is normally open, and the hydraulic oil will enter different oil drain pipes, and then pass through The oil pressure pushes the oil rigid piston, the piston drives the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanical device. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet.
