Installation of stainless steel valve

1. When the valve is lifted, the rope should not be tied to the handwheel or stem, so as to avoid damage to these parts, and should be tied to the flange.

2. Before installation, check the valve, check the specification and model, and verify whether there is any damage, especially for the valve stem. Also turn a few times to see if it is skewed, because in the transportation process, it is most likely to bump the valve stem. Also remove debris from the valve.

3. When installing flange pneumatic valve, pay attention to symmetrically and evenly tighten bolts. The valve flange and pipe flange must be parallel and the clearance should be reasonable to avoid excessive pressure or even cracking of the valve. For valves with brittle materials and low strength, special attention should be paid to. For valves to be welded with pipes, spot welding shall be conducted first, then the closing parts shall be fully opened, and then welded to death.

4. When installing the screw valve, the sealing packing (lead oil or Teflon raw material belt) shall be wrapped on the pipe thread, and it shall not be found in the valve to avoid accumulation of valve memory and affect the medium circulation.

5. For the pipeline connected by the valve, it is necessary to clean it. It can be used to blow away mud sand, oxide scrap, welding slag and other sundries by compressed air. These sundries, not only easy to scratch the sealing surface of the valve, including large particles of debris, but also plug the small valve, so that it fails.
