Intermediate transmission circuit
Nov 25, 2019
The following figure shows the intermediate transmission circuit. Two two position two-way solenoid directional valves are controlled by a travel switch (installed in the middle of the travel). The reciprocating motion of the cylinder piston is throttling and speed regulating at the outlet. When the piston rod touches the travel switch during the stroke and the two position two-way valve is energized, the exhaust way is changed, thus the piston changes the movement speed. Two two position two-way valves respectively control the speed change in the reciprocating stroke. When the electromagnetic iron is electrified and exhausts rapidly, the electromagnet is powered off and feeds slowly.
