The electromagnetic pulse valve is a pulse bag type dust remover and the compressed air "switch" of the dust cleaning and blowing system of the dust remover. Under the control of the output signal of the pulse controller, the filter bags are injected and cleaned one by one to keep the resistance of the precipitator within the set range, so as to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the precipitator.


The electromagnetic pulse valve is usually used with MC pulse bag filter. The characteristic of the pulse valve is that it adopts flat diaphragm and has a service life of more than 300000 times. This pulse valve has reasonable structure and small resistance. It can replace qmf-100 electromagnetic pulse valve.


working principle:


The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two chambers, the front chamber and the back chamber. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the back chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the back chamber will make the diaphragm assembly close to the output port, and the electromagnetic pulse valve will handle the "open" state.


The electric signal of the pulse injection controller disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve moves backward, the vent hole of the air chamber behind the valve opens, the back air chamber loses pressure rapidly, the diaphragm assembly moves backward, the compressed air is injected through the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve handles the "open" state.


The electric signal of the pulse injection controller disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve is reset, the vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed, the pressure of the rear air chamber is increased to make the diaphragm assembly close to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve handles the "closed" state.
