Common five types of explosion-proof solenoid valve
Dec 26, 2019
1. Increased safety type: Arcing, sparks and low temperature risks will not be bred during normal operation. The structure will further accept maintenance steps, and improve the safety and reliability of equipment.
2. Explosion-proof type: When the equipment is placed in normal operation, the parts that can give birth to spark arcs are placed in the flame-proof casing. The flame-proof casing can accept external explosion pressure without damage, and can ensure that the external flame gas passes through. When passing through the gap, the energy is reduced, which is lacking to detonate the gas outside the shell.
3. Intrinsically safe type: under the premise of rules, under the premise of rules, electric sparks and thermal effects that occur during normal events or regular faults can not extinguish explosive confusion.
4. Positive pressure type: insist that the pressure of the external maintenance gas is higher than the surrounding pressure to prevent the explosive confusing substances from entering the enclosure or a sufficient amount of maintenance gases to pass through the enclosure, so that the concentration of the external explosive confusing substances falls below the upper explosion limit.
5. Encapsulation type: It will encapsulate the arc, spark or high temperature part that may ignite the explosive mixture, so that it cannot ignite the surrounding explosive mixture.
